We are growing the best hydroponic shop in Australia and for that we need your help allow us 4 days to dispatch your order in return we try to offer the lowest prices in Australia.
HydroCulture team ensure we do our best to get the products to you on time. See below for details on delivery timeframes for the various shipping methods we provide.
To create a new account, click in My Account on your menu or use the link below:
there is way to change your shipping address you can login and click in my account on your menu. Then choose Address.
Or on the checkout page, you can choose to ship it for a different address.
On My account -> Order , You can check the status of a specific order.
For retail customers the price displayed is GST included.
For Commercial customers, all GST is not included.
We ship world wide, however our checkout doesn’t give you a freight fee, so please email us with a screenshot of your cart and shipping address. And we can send you a Invoice.
Depends! We try our best to find the cheapest freight for you. So somethings means that we are going to ship your order in more than one packaged.
